公司主要設備有數控成形磨齒機30臺，其中有德國進口尼爾斯NILES ZP30型、NILES ZE800型、德國霍夫勒公司RAPID1500型、RAPID1000數控成型磨齒機。德國NILES ZP30數控成形磨齒機的最大磨削直徑3200mm，最大磨削Mn=40；磨削單件齒輪重量30噸。磨齒精度DIN標準3級。磨削內齒直徑2800mm, DIN標準4－5級。滾齒機50臺，其中最大滾切直徑達5米，Mn=40；進口加工中心3臺；并有3X10米、承重100噸大型數控龍門鏜銑床、數控鏜床、數控高效插齒機、3.5米立式車床等精密設備多臺。公司還引進了奧地利AICHELIN公司生產的具有德國DEMIG專家系統、工藝規程按德國標準執行的計算機全程控制的大型井式氣體滲碳爐，加工工件直徑最大可以達￠4000mm、最大長度可達3500mm。滲碳層深可達7-8mm，齒面硬度達HRC58-62。并配備德國ZEISS產三坐標檢查機、齒輪綜合測量儀、大功率型式試驗臺、金相顯微鏡、碳流分析儀、磁粉探傷儀、超聲波探傷儀等完善的檢測、試驗設備。
